We process the information you choose to give us in the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, an optional budget, and the content of your message.

If you use the AI chat and ask us to send the conversation, we process your email address and the chat transcript. For security and abuse prevention, we may also process your IP address and basic HTTP request data when you use the form or chat.

We use contact-form and email data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you before any engagement begins. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use AI chat data to answer you in the conversation and, if you ask, to send the transcript to Oskar before any further contact. We use technical data and your IP address to keep the site secure and to protect against spam and abuse.

We run Google Analytics 4 only after you consent to analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings in the site footer.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site: Vercel for hosting, Resend for sending email, Upstash Redis for anti-spam rate limiting, Google Analytics 4 for analytics (only after consent), and OpenAI together with the Vercel AI SDK for the AI chat when it is active.

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards and standard data protection terms.

We keep contact-form messages and correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, run sales conversations, deliver work, and protect against potential legal claims.

Technical data used for anti-spam rate limiting is kept for the lifetime of the limit or per the provider's configuration. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to the GA4 account settings.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, to receive a copy of it, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Submitting the form is voluntary, but without your name, email, and message we cannot respond to your inquiry. The phone number and budget fields are optional.
